Founders
Clavis Gilbert and Glenn Duncan founded Blueprint Signings in 2025 — not out of a business plan, but out of frustration with an industry that talked about standards more than it practiced them.
Clavis brings the discipline and accountability of U.S. military service; Glenn built his career in IT network engineering, designing systems where reliability isn't optional and downtime isn't an option. Between the two of them, they've spent their careers building things that have to work every single time — and they saw a signing industry that didn't hold itself to that same bar: notaries treated like disposable labor, title companies left guessing on confirmations, and "standards" that looked good on a website but rarely showed up on closing day.
Blueprint Signings exists to close those gaps — for real, every time. We built this company because hardworking notaries and demanding title companies deserved better than what existed in this industry. Standards first. Always.
