What do I need to join the network?
An active notary public commission in good standing, NNA Certified Signing Agent or equivalent certification, background screening completed within the past 12 months, E&O insurance of at least $25,000, reliable transportation, and a commitment to communication and on-time performance.
How much can I earn per signing?
Published rates range from about $70 for an RON signing up to $125 for a reverse mortgage closing, plus a $15-$25 rush add-on. Rates are published up front — no surprises.
When do I get paid?
Via ACH direct deposit or check, within 7 business days of confirmed scan-back. A 1099-NEC is issued annually for partners earning $600 or more.
Is this a W-2 job or independent contractor work?
Independent contractor work. You choose which assignments to accept.
How do I apply?
